Mr. Tomosky, brings over 31 years of design experience, including early project planning, project management and business development. Mr. Tomosky has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout New York State from the small to the very large. He prides himself in his ability to build teams that work and to develop projects that enrich.Next
Serving in the role of project manager, Mr. Little has led teams through the designdevelopment and construction documents phases of numerous education, commercial, governmental, housing, and hospitality projects in New York and elsewhere. Committed to the final product, Jim keeps the clients’ need in the forefront using the latest industry software, new building materials and construction technologies enabling him to deliver projects on time and on needs.
Jim and his family live in Webster where in his free time he enjoys many artistic hobbies. Jim paints acrylics on canvas and automotive airbrushing. Max started his career in 2011 following a two-year hiatus after graduating University at Buffalo’s Architecture program. He’s worked on a wide range of New York City ground-up construction and tenant fit-out projects with responsibilities running the gamut from full coordination of trades, project team members, and local jurisdictions, to developing design details, triage of field conditions, and development of construction documents. Max received his initial New York registration as an Architect in 2016 and is a volunteer NCARB Licensing Advisor.
With interests in cycling, rock climbing, backpacking, yoga, and meditation his goal is to do at least one of those in each of all the United States National Parks.

Renovation projects around the house have now taken up most of Kyle’s free time outside of work. Jeff joined SEI in May of 2015 as an intern and has plans to become a licensed architect in the future. He is involved in many aspects of a project including space programming, design requirements, finish/furniture selection, coordinating with owner, sub – consultants, code review and in-house project teams. Jeff is accomplished at field documentation and coordinating construction document sets.
Jeff and his fiancé Savannah are currently looking to purchase a house together in the Rochester area. Jeff is an avid skier and hunter. During the winter season he coaches the Swain Alpine Ski Team as well as some high school ski teams.

Carolyn has several years of architectural experience in educational design. She is responsible for producing drawings for permit and bid documents including detailing aesthetic elements and construction materials, incorporating information from schematic sketches, product research, and code compliance, and coordinating with the entire design team. She also provides assistance on site verifying existing conditions and recording construction progress.
When not studying for the architectural registration exams, Carolyn enjoys attending sports games & concerts, spending time with family & friends, and spoiling her cat.

Candice has 3 years of architectural experience and 4 years of visual communication experience. She has Bachelor of Art Degree from University of Shanghai & Technology and a Master of Architecture degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is involved in variety aspects of a project from site visits; verifying existing conditions; schematic design; design development; construction documents and the graphic deliveries. She defines, design coordinates project requirements from project inception through project closeout.
Candice is originally from the northeast region of China. She came with her boyfriend Henry to the United States 4 years ago. They married and live in Victor. Outside of work, she loves K-pop dance, playing piano and she draws a lot of oil paintings at home.

David has several years’ experience in architectural design and plans on becoming licensed in the near future. He has worked in many markets including higher education, retail / business, commercial development, casino and gaming, K-12 and many more. He is involved in all aspects of a project from inception through construction including space programming, design requirements, finish/furniture selection, coordinating with owner, sub-consultants, code review, and in-house project teams. David is accomplished at coordinating drawing sets and helping projects get out the door
David recently started at SEI Design Group after moving to Rochester to be with his fiancé as they plan for their wedding. He loves playing and coaching soccer and plays hockey every winter. His golf habit tries to interfere with his passion for architecture during the summer months.

As a recent graduate from Alfred State, Kelsey happily lives at home with her parents and boxer Abby. Kelsey is extremely passionate about animals and it is her goal in life to open a facility to care for and love as many animals as it can hold. In her free time she enjoys visiting and spending time with her grandma, following and attending Syracuse basketball games and including her best friend Abby in everything that she does.
In the office, Kelsey is responsible for adding details to architectural plans from her knowledge of building techniques, and making necessary changes regarding design intent and construction. With assistance from architects and project managers in the office, Kelsey is also actively involved in the ongoing review and checking of documents for accuracy and completeness.

Recently graduated the University at Buffalo where she studied Urban Studies & Public Policy in her undergraduate years, and received a Master of Architecture Degree. Has many years of experience in digital fabrication with laser cutters and a variety of 3D printers as well as 3D modeling and designing. Recently joined SEI and plans on becoming a licensed architect in the near future.
Just bought a house in the city of Rochester where she lives with her two dogs Buddha and Mona. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, sketching, painting, spending time with her family and adventuring with her boyfriend and his dog Luna.

Kiera has 3 years of experience working at SEI, accepting a full-time position in the summer of 2017. She is a graduate of both the Bachelors of Science in Architecture and the Masters of Architecture programs at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Her role as a designer includes supporting the production of a project through all phases, coordinating technical drawings, surveying in the field, solving problems, and explaining how to pronounce her name.
Outside of work Kiera enjoys participating in team sports, practicing yoga, and making anything and everything a D.I.Y. project.

Omer is a recent graduate from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where he received his
Masters of Architecture degree. Recently joined SEI and his roles span form Schematic design to design development and
visualizations. He also has an undergraduate degree in bachelor of Architecture (Landscape),which he received in India
In his leisure time Omer loves playing soccer or can be found in a nearby coffee shop sketching or doing illustrations.
In future he also plans to get into furniture designing.

Erika graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2016. She has since been working, with responsibilities including designing spaces with personalized requirements from owners, site measuring & verification, producing space planning solutions, and coordinating documents to produce final construction sets.
Erika spends a lot of time with her (very cute) beagle, Mylo. She enjoys various outdoor activities, and loves anything involving snow. She likes spending time with family & friends, and watching Grey’s Anatomy every chance she can get.

Allison has several years of architectural experience in the health care sector. As a designer she is responsible for field verification, production of construction documents and presentation material. She has recently discovered a passion for interior finishes and has taken on the task of selecting finishes and creating finish boards for clients. Allison attended the University of Colorado where she received her bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Design.
Outside of work Allison enjoys running, whether it be a 5k or marathon, exploring new hiking trails in the Adirondacks, touring wineries on the finger lakes, and spoiling her two cats with one too many treats.

Karen has been in charge of the Marketing Department for the past nine years. She is in charge of all marketing materials for the firm, including developing new marketing materials, coordination and preparation of proposals, pre-referendum materials and tracking future work. In her free time, when not spending time with 8 grandchildren, she’s off to Phoenix where it’s always sunny!

JoAnna recently joined the SEI team after being a freelance Graphic Designer. She graduated from Daemen College with a BFA in Graphic Design. JoAnna is responsible for scheduling company conferences, designing marketing collateral, and all social media.
In her free time, JoAnna snowshoes in the winter, hikes in the summer with her boyfriend and his 2 labs, and always makes time for painting and crafting while watching Netflix or Disney movies. She hopes to keep exploring the world, and possibly head back to where she studied Photography in Florence, Italy.

Sara plans, organizes, directs and assists in controlling the financial functions of the firm as well as managing human resources. In addition, she is responsible for assisting in preparation of financial statements and analyses, as well as budget recommendations and completion of contracts.

Lindsey joined us in 2015 as SEI’s senior administrative support. Her extensive administrative experience has helped SEI move forward into using new technology programs to expedite and fulfill project requirements. In addition to the day to day tracking of project schedules, she works diligently with our Project Managers to complete change orders, NY state forms, SED submissions and finalizing construction paperwork.
A Rochester native herself, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their Goldendoodle Bentley. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying a glass of wine, boating with friends and playing platform tennis.

Brenna has been the Albany Office Manager for 6 years. She is responsible for front desk reception, coordination of specification and general office support. She drafts contracts and change orders as well as assists in preparation of SED paperwork. She organizes charitable events and outings for the Albany Office.
Brenna has a Physics BA from MCLA in North Adams, MA. She established and is the Chapter Leader for the New York State Chapter of the TEARS Foundation. She is the Lions Services for Children Chairperson for Lions Club District 20-Y2. In her spare time, Brenna enjoys hiking and road tripping with her husband.
