ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS

We understand the risk of staff and faculty working in the districts. We will evaluate all administrative areas including offices, nurses station, break rooms, custodial areas and active construction sites to discuss proper protocols.

AREAS OF ASSEMBLY

Assessment of all areas of assembly will be conducted to provide districts with a plan to strengthen proper distancing. Potential repurposing of these areas will also be evaluated.

CIRCULATION

We will work with the district to develop circulation patterns that maximize physical distancing.

CLASSROOM LAYOUT

Every classroom will be evaluated to determine the number of students that can occupy the room safely.

GRAPHICS PACKAGE

Let us develop a custom graphics package to be used throughout every area of the district. All graphics are branded with your school's logo or mascot.

SAFE DISTANCING

We will conduct a full inspection of all facilities to ensure every area has been evaluated.

SITE EVALUATION

A FULL SITE EVALUATION WILL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR OUTDOOR LEARNING, GRADUATION CEREMONY OPTIONS, ALL DROP OFF/PICK UP OPTIONS AND BEST UTILIZATION PLAN FOR ATHLETIC FIELDS AND COMMON OUTDOOR AREAS.

VENTILATION CHECK

Evaluate and implement changes to outside air intake to ventilate spaces better.
