Our Work

SEI Design Group is an educational design specialist with extensive K-12 experience.To date, SEI has been involved in the planning and design of 63 K-12 School Districts and their facilities throughout New York State. Our experience also includes Building Condition Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Master Plans, and public information planning. We understand programmatic, curriculum, and community needs and are committed to and involved in the latest trends, as well as the time-tested design concepts for PreK-12 school design. Our team has a comprehensive knowledge of procedures within the NYS Education Department, the SED Manual of Planning Standards, aid calculations, Maximum Cost Allowances (MCAs) and required paperwork, submissions, and protocol.
