SEI Design Group designed tenant improvements for nearly 100,000 square feet of leased space at Rochester Technology Park. The project included programming, design and construction administration services to accommodate co-location of over 10 business functions and 500 employees for the University of Rochester. The design focused on creating “neighborhoods”, via strategic placement of office and conferencing functions, careful use of color and theming graphics to simultaneously allow business segments to maintain their individual identity while promoting a sense of community and collaboration. Despite its large scale, the space affords views to the exterior from nearly all work areas.
Project elements consist of reception, landscape and private officing, call center functions, conferencing, support and work areas, and an intimate break area for up to 100 employees.
The project was completed in September 2015.
