Manchester-Shortsville CSD is well underway in construction of their 2017 Capital Improvement Project. The first phase of the Elementary School classroom renovations will be wrapping up in the next few weeks, with more to come this summer. By next fall, Red Jacket will also have brand new FACS and Living Environment Classrooms, as well as Middle School and District Office suites.
