District voters were out last night and approved all propositions. SEI Design Group worked extensively with these clients throughout the pre-referendum planning phase and now moves forward to see these projects through completion. Alexander Central School District’s approved $6.8 million capital improvement project addresses energy efficiency upgrades, health and safety improvements, and sitework at both the elementary and middle/high schools. Canandaigua City School District had two propositions approved: Proposition 1, a $5.79 million capital project, includes district-wide security improvements, improvements to tennis courts, and a new all-weather track at Canandaigua Academy. Proposition 2 is a $7.58 million new multi-purpose turf field including lighting and bleachers, locker room facilities, concession stands and restrooms. Gananda Central School District’s approved $2.5 million capital improvement project consists of replacement of the roof, wall repairs, and improving air quality at the Richard Mann Elementary School and building a new playground. Holley Central School District’s approved $8.95 million capital improvement project involves renovations and sitework at both the elementary and middle/high schools. Lyons Central School District’s approved $9.96 million capital improvement project involves renovations and sitework at the elementary and middle/high schools to address health, safety, accessibility and code requirements. Penn Yan Central School District’s approved $3.2 million capital improvement project involves reconstruction of portions of the elementary school, middle school and high school. Spencer-Van Etten Central School District’s approved $9.9 million capital improvement project includes roof replacement and repairs at the middle school, high school and bus garage, and district-wide repairs, updates and safety maintenance. Additionally, congrats to Tupper Lake Central School District on their two propositions approved by district voters on November 18!
