Notice the look of disgust on my face though…. kind of like touching something gooey…. hahahaha. And as a side note… Bari is a Blasphemer… she uses a 2 button mouse!!! I thought for MAC nirvana you had to have all your fingers chopped off except one?

Tim looks like a look of love to me… I think you like things that are gooey. Can I go buy a Mac now and still remote my computer here? I can…. That’s great… I will give you a call when I get it.

As a “hard-core, anti-Mac” PC user for over two decades, I must say… congratulations!

At my previous place of employment, I was informed that I was to receive a new machine, which is always welcomed news. I wasn’t told, however, that it was to be a Mac G4 tower. I found out the day it arrived.

I quickly fell in love. (The 30″ Apple Cinema display they ordered to go with it didn’t hurt, either.) That machine was replaced a few months later with a 17″ MacBook Pro, which I still use every single day. It’s my preferred machine, and I don’t leave home without it.

I still use my desktop PC on a regular basis, but I have completely lost my disdain for Apple products. I now own not only the MacBook Pro, but an iPod and an iPhone as well.

Enjoy your conversion! Long live the sexiness that is Apple! Hoorah!

oh wait…..Jimmi noticed the line about the 30″ display. I had to hand out the drool towels.

    mmmmm….Revit on a 30″ display! (yes, i said….”Revit”).

I get the feeling EDEE was using about a 9″ black and white display.

Think “Filus” beat him over the head with it yet? :)

(sorry…..some inside giggles from the webinar we had earlier…

YM, i know that i have tormented you with tales of our “Mojo Monday”, “Flying Animals” and all the other nifty things we have around here. I am just assuming that the 30″ display is your revenge.

    :)

Perhaps so, but it is a shallow revenge, considering I no longer have access to that hardware.

I won’t mention that I now have a computer hooked to the 58″ plasma in my living room, because that would just be cruel.

    … oops. :-)

  12. ElizabethNo Gravatar said on May 15th, 2008 at 2:44 pm

Uh huh - cruel indeed…..considering i have pictures I took of you with my cellphone playing “Guitar Hero” at the Henrietta Best Buy….i KNOW what you are doing with that 58″ plasma.

    rock on!

Well the Xbox 360 -is- connected via optical cable to the 7.1 surround sound system with the 12″ Velodyne subwoofer… of -course- I rock out on it. To do any less would be a geek crime!

Much like hating a piece of hardware just because it has a cute little glowing white Apple on the cover, now that I think about it…

hmmmmm as you know…….we have some big lcds on our walls here at the office - maybe we need our own copy of Guitar Hero for some lunchtime jam sessions.

I recommend getting Rock Band, as you can have a guitarist, bassist, drummer and singer all playing at once!

  16. ElizabethNo Gravatar said on May 15th, 2008 at 3:18 pm

…and seeing as Becky loves “Dance Revolution”…..she can be the backup singer / go go dancer!

I say we do it and go on tour!

    oh, I can hardly wait.
I may have to relocate my workstation to get away from the big screen. RNews circular loops are one thing, but this is may be too much to take.
I have always wanted to learn to play guitar thought.. hmm.

Hey Jim- great idea. Have GP set you up with an Airport wireless to VPN in (sorry GP couldn’t resist). You’re only (one finger, and 23 menus) away. LOL

Have your say... leave a comment!
