Hot Seat?

It was decorated so nicely. Not sure why Brian needed to add a Hot Seat to his office. Perhaps he can explain, or at least give us a demonstration of how he uses it.

hmmmm…..that’s one BIG hot seat - seems to me that he likely brought that in after he caused all the ruckus with the now infamous “spilled lunch” photo.
If he is going to demonstrate proper use of that thing - it should really be a lunch and learn session!
I think it would be really cool if our next team building seminar involved helping Eric move into his new apartment.

You could always approach it as one of those solo self-improvement experiences as well. You know, the whole character-building thing and all.
I am curious though - does your upcoming move involve a U-Haul at the stroke of midnight?
