December 31, 2007In honor of our traditional New Year’s Eve party, we want to share a little secret. Our party starts early in the morning and is comprised of our special secret sauce mimosas, breakfast pizzas with assorted toppings, shrimp cocktail, cheese, fruit, munchies, and more.
Secret Sauce Mimosas
Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
1/4 cup sugar
chilled dry Champagne
orange juice
Pour 1/4 cup Chambord into a shallow bowl, and put the sugar into a separate shallow bowl. Dip the rims of glasses first in the Chambord, then into the sugar to form a crust. Fill 1/4 glass with OJ. Add 1/2 glass Champagne. Drizzle in some Chambord for taste and color. Serve immediately.
