Woo hoo!  Congratulations to Fort Edward UFSD.  Voters overwhelmingly supported their EXCEL project today.  SEI Design Group is working on design of this project which includes mechanical, classroom, cafeteria and infrastructure upgrades.

Voters in Holley Central School District approved their EXCEL Project.  SEI is providing architectural services for this project which includes classroom upgrades, modernization and code compliance, as well as window replacement, HVAC and additional infrastructure upgrades.

Voters in  Clifton-Fine Central School District approved both propositions for their Capital Project which takes advantage of EXCEL Aid.  SEI will commence design on this project which includes roof replacement, asbestos abatement, relocation of band and music rooms and assorted infrastructure upgrades.

Churchville-Chili CSD recently accepted bids on their $9.4M EXCEL Renovation Project.  This project is primarily HVAC and roof replacements and all alternates were able to be awarded!  Finally Bob and Betty will have a positive end to their career since this project will be complete September 2008.  SEI is also working with the District on future project planning.

SEI Design Group would like to welcome our newest client, Saranac Central School District.

Congratulations to Willsboro CSD!  Their project was approved by the voters today.  SEI Design Group is their architect and we are working on design of the project which includes security and technology upgrades.

Congratulations to Granville CSD!  The $18.55M EXCEL project for this K-12 school district was approved by the voters.  SEI Design Group is their architect.  We are currently working on design of the project which includes multiple additions, infrastructure upgrades, security and technology.   

Tonight voters in Honeoye Falls-Lima CSD approved a $12.5M Capital Project. SEI Design Group will be assisting the District in bidding some roofing work immediately and continuing with design for the rest of the project.

SEI Design Group is assisting in getting approvals for the Owner and Design-Builder for Comfort Suites - New Brunswick.  We are pleased to be performing architectural services for our 2nd Comfort Suites facility.

Congratulations to Madrid-Waddington CSD!  Their vote for a $7.4M  project was approved by an overwhelming margin.  We are working on design of their instrumental music and art room expansion as well as roof replacement, HVAC upgrades, security and technology enhancements and auditorium upgrade.
