SEI is pleased to welcome our newest client, Taconic Hills CSD. SEI will be assisting with the planning and design of an upcoming renovation project that includes infrastructure and security.

We would like to welcome our newest client, Poughkeepsie Public Library District.  SEI will be working on renovation or new construction of the Town branch library.  SEI will be providing architectural and engineering services including pre-referendum services.

Voters in South Lewis approved an $18.7M Capital Project that includes roof replacement, pool restoration work, exterior wall rehabilitation, technology, and bus garage renovation. Of particular note, the District has many green/ energy saving initiatives including installing a new biomass (wood chip) boiler at the Middle School/High School and bus garage, and also, a peak demand shaving generator will be included to cut electric usage at the MS/HS facility. Voters approved two Capital Project Propositions in Morristown. Work includes roof reconstruction,window replacements, gym acoustics, food service upgrades, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and work at the bus garage.

Voters today overwhelmingly approved two Capital Project Propositions in Tupper Lake. Work includes reconstruction, health and safety and  infrastructure work at the Elementary School, Middle/ High School, Civic Center and bus garage and upgrades to Tupper Lake Public Library.

Voters today overwhelmingly approved a Capital Project in Lansingburgh. The project includes ADA, security, mechanical  and other infrastructure upgrades, as well as programmatic enhancements.

Voters today approved the Capital Project in Pocantico Hills, which is in Westchester County, NY.  The project includes building envelope and mechanical infrastructure upgrades, accessibility as well as programmatic enhancements.

Woo hoo!  Congratulations to Fort Edward UFSD.  Voters overwhelmingly supported their EXCEL project today.  SEI Design Group is working on design of this project which includes mechanical, classroom, cafeteria and infrastructure upgrades.

Voters in Holley Central School District approved their EXCEL Project.  SEI is providing architectural services for this project which includes classroom upgrades, modernization and code compliance, as well as window replacement, HVAC and additional infrastructure upgrades.
