Architects Change Their View of Lowly Roof
March 2, 2007
The L.A. Times recently had an article that talks about a dramatic shift in architecture, "the growing prominence of the roof — and, perhaps more important, the top-down perspective that exposes it to view — in the design of buildings, neighborhoods and even whole cities." The article attributes the shift to Google Earth and other web based programs. The article shows some interesting images including this one of the Eiffel Tower.
